  1. 60 grams skinned fish fillet or steak

  2. Extra virgin olive oil

  3. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  4. Lemon juice

  5. Preparation:

  6. Cut the fish into very thin slices and arrange it in a circle on a serving plate.

  7. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl and pour over the crudo. Serve immediately.
