  8. 1 cn Cream corn

  9. 1/2 ts Salt

  10. 2 Eggs, beaten

  11. 1/3 c Oil

  12. 1 pk Cheddar cheese

  13. 8 oz.

  14. 4 Hot chili peppers

  15. 1 c Cornmeal

  16. 1 t Soda

  17. 1 c Buttermilk

  18. Brown beef; add onions, peppers and cheese. Sift

  19. together meal, salt and soda. Combine sifted mixture

  20. with beaten eggs, buttermilk, oil and corn. Pour half

  21. of the bread mixture in a deep greased skillet or casserole dish. Add meat mixture and top with
