  2. 1 cup 237ml Sliced shiitake mushrooms

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sliced white mushrooms

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Canned whole straw mushrooms - drained

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Sliced carrots

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lite soy sauce

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry sherry

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Low-sodium low-fat chicken broth

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sliced scallions

  1. Recipe Instructions In a wok over high heat, heat the oil. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and saute for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the scallions.
