  1. 1 melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew, halved, seeded, and rind removed

  2. 1 jicama, peeled, halved and sliced into half moons

  3. 1 lime, halved

  4. Kosher salt

  5. Ground chile powder, such as ancho

  1. Cut melon into slices about the same size as the jicama slices.

  2. Arrange jicama and melon on a platter, squeeze lime over fruit, then dust with salt and chile powder , to taste. Eat!
