  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 medium onion, peeled and diced

  4. 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced

  5. 17 ounce can cream-style corn

  6. 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes

  7. two 8 ounce cans tomato sauce

  8. 3 tbsp. chili powder

  9. 1 tsp. crumbled dry oregano

  10. 1 tsp. ground cumin

  11. 1/4 tsp. salt

  12. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  13. 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled

  14. 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Cook beef in a large saucepan until browned. Spoon beef into a medium bowl. Pour off all but 1 tsp. drippings from saucepan. Add onion and bell pepper to pan and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Return beef to pan. Stir in corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and macaroni. Simmer until heated through and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted.
