  1. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. 2 tablespoons canola oil

  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  5. 1/2 cup oatmeal

  6. 2 cups whole wheat flour

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine pumpkin, water, oil and cinnamon.

  3. Add flour and oatmeal slowly, mixing after each addition.

  4. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch in thickness.

  5. Cut into desired shapes and sizes.

  6. Bake 40 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
