  1. 2 lg Ripe avocados, mashed

  4. 1 tb Vegetable oil Fresh cilantro

  5. 2 tb Finely chopped 1 Cl Garlic, finely chopped Chopped

  6. 2 Jars Chilies, seeded and fin (about 1/2 cup)

  7. 1 md Onion, chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)

  8. 2 md Tomatoes, finely chopped

  9. 1/4c Mayonnaise or salad dressing Dash of pepper

  1. + Directions : Mix avocados and mayonnaise together until well blended in glass or plastic bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips if desired. ABOUT 2-3/4 CUPS DIP; 40 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.
