  1. 1/2 cup reserved shrimp cooking liquid from Shrimp and Veggie Summer Rolls

  2. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

  3. 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons fish sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  8. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

  9. 1/4 cup sliced green onions (cut on the diagonal)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.

  2. Set aside until needed and stir well before serving.

  3. Yield : about 3/4 cup
