  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 clove garlic -- pressed or minced

  4. 1/4 cup margarine

  5. 2 tablespoons flour

  6. 1 can sliced mushrooms --

  7. 8oz,drained or 1 pound fresh mushrooms -- sauteed and sliced

  8. 1 can cream of mushroom soup --

  9. 10 1/2 oz

  10. 1/4 cup water

  11. 1 cup granburger -- rehydrated in

  12. -- cup hot water for -- 10 minutes

  13. 1 cup sour cream

  14. 1/4 cup stripple zips -- optional

  15. 1 tablespoon parsley -- minced

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet. Add chopped onions and garlic. Saute till translucent. Add flour. Cook one minute stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, water and rehydrated granburger. Simmer covered 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sour cream and stripple zips (optional). Mix thoroughly. Heat to simmering - do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
