  1. 4 oz. cream cheese,cubed

  2. 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

  3. 1/4 c. honey

  4. 48 butter-flavored crackers(like Town House)

  5. 12 pkg. semisweet chocolate chips

  6. 4 teas. shortening

  7. 1/4 c. 2% milk Sprinkles, coconut, nuts or chopped peanut butter

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream cheese on high for 15 seconds or until very soft. Add peanut butter, and honey; stir until smooth. Spread over half the crackers; top with remaining crackers. Set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Heat milk; stir into chocolate mixture. Dip each cracker sandwich in chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; decorate as desired with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.
