  1. 1 lb. smoked sausage link

  2. 1 green pepper

  3. 1 red pepper

  4. 1 sweet onion

  5. 1 jar sweet and sour sauce(10 oz.)

  1. In a large bowl, cut sausage, green pepper, red pepper and onion into bite size chunks. Pour sweet and sour sauce into bowl and mix well.

  2. Wrap contents of bowl in aluminum foil and cook on grill for 35-40 minutes; turning often.
