  1. 1 pound of cottage cheese

  2. 4 cups of flour

  3. 1 pound of butter (room temperature)

  1. mix ingredient until well blended. Chill dough. Divide dough into smaller portions. Roll dough out and cut into triangles. The size of the triangle depends on how much time and energy you want to put into making the tarts. Fill each triangle with jam, (my favorite is apricot, but you can use any flavor that you like) .Fold tips of triangle to form a pouch. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
