  1. 12 ounces lime flavored gelatin

  2. 1 quart boiling water

  3. 2 cups pineapple and peach liquid

  4. 4 packages uncreamed cottage cheese

  5. 40 ounces canned crushed pineapple, drained --

  6. 2 (20-oz) cans

  7. 58 ounces sliced peaches, drained --

  8. 2 (29-oz) cans

  9. 8x8x2-inch baking pans with heat-resistant freezer wrap. Allow

  10. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in fruit liquid. Stir in cottage

  11. cheese and fruits. Pour one-fourth of mixture into each pan. Chill until

  12. firm.

  13. TO SERVE WITHOUT FREEZING: Serve on crisp salad greens.

  14. 6 months

  15. 10 to 12 hours before removing packages from the pans.

  16. 24 hours. Serve on crisp salad greens.
