  1. 2 packages imitation crab chunks

  2. 3 cups bow tie pasta

  3. 1 medium cucumber

  4. 1 stalk celery

  5. 2 green onions

  6. 1 large carrot Salt to taste DRESSING

  7. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 6 tablespoons sour cream

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  11. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  12. 1/4 cup

  1. Cook bow tie pasta per package instructions, rinse and set aside.

  2. Chop the cucumber, celery and green onions (white and green parts) and grate the carrot. Place all the veges in a large covered bowl.

  3. Cut imitation crab chunks into bite size pieces and add to the bowl with the veges.

  4. In a small bowl, put the lemon juice, sour cream, pepper, sugar, dill weed and mayonnaise. Whisk together thoroughly then pour over the crab/vege mixture.

  5. Add the cooked pasta over the dressing; Mix together the pasta, dressing and veges, taste and add salt as needed.

  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight to allow the flavors to marry.
