  1. 3 heads of garlic

  2. olive oil to drizzle

  3. salt & pepper

  4. 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

  5. 1 wedge of Cambozola cheese

  6. 1 loaf petite baguette , thinly sliced

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cut tips of the garlic heads. Place heads of garlic in a terra cotta Garlic Roaster. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on each head. Put cover on and roast for 1 hour.

  3. When 15 minutes are left for the garlic, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place on cookie sheet in the oven to crisp.

  4. Remove wrapper and coating on cheese, microwave for a minute on low. Place on a plate.

  5. Spread a little cheese on bread slice and top with a soft clove of garlic.
