  1. 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

  2. 5 green chillies, slitted

  3. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  4. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  6. 1 tsp garlic paste

  7. 1 tsp ginger paste

  8. 1/8 tsp pepper powder

  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped onion

  10. 3tbsp finely chopped tomatoes

  11. Salt as per taste

  12. Oil for frying

  1. Deep fry the peeled eggs till golden Drain and keep aside In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil Fry onion till golden brown Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic, and simmer for 2 mins Add chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder Add soy sauce, salt and simmer for a minute Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil till gravy thickens Add egg and coat in the gravy Cook for 5 mins.
