  1. 5 egg's

  2. 1lb. potatoes

  3. 1/4 tsp chilli powder

  4. 1/2 tsp amchur powder

  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  6. salt to taste

  7. ghee or oil for deep frying

  1. Slice the egg’s into halves lengthwise.

  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.

  3. Add onions and cook over low heat till the onions are tender. Keep stirring occasionally.

  4. Mix the cornflour in a little water till smooth.

  5. Add cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the onions. Stir well.

  6. Add eggs and green chillies. Bring it to a boil and remove from heat.
