  1. 2 lb. dark orange sweet potatoes

  2. 1 cup peach pie filling

  3. 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  5. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Spray a 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place sweet potatoes in the slow coker. Add pie filling, melted butter, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
