  1. Chicken -1 Full, cut into small pieces , skinless

  2. Tomato Puree -1 cup

  3. Ginger& Garlic paste-2 tbl spn

  4. Red chilli powder- 1 tbl spn

  5. Tomato Ketchup - 1 cup

  6. Green chillies -4-5

  7. Coriander leaves a few

  8. Red Onion -1 big , sliced

  9. Curry leaves -20 leaves

  10. Salt to taste

  1. Cut & clean chicken, dry it well, marinate in ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, ketchup, chilli powder, salt.

  2. Marinate for 2-3 hrs.

  3. Heat oil add the sliced onion & curry leaves fry for 5 mins, add the marinated chicken with the sauce, cover with a lid & let it cook in its own sauce, when the chicken is done add slit green chillies & chopped coriander leaves.

  4. Serve hot with romali roti or nan.
