  1. 8 Boneless chicken breast halves

  2. Salt - pepper and Italian seasoning

  3. 1 Tomato soup

  4. 12 Water

  5. Bay leaf

  6. Garlic - (clove or powder)

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded mozzarella cheese

  8. Parmesan cheese

  9. Rice or noodles

  1. Brown chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

  2. Mix tomato soup, water, bay leaf and garlic in crock pot. Put chicken in and cook for 3 to 4 hours until tender.

  3. Remove chicken and sauce to casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  4. Heat in 350F oven until cheese is melted. Serve over rice or noodles.
