  1. 2 cups white sugar

  2. 1 cup light Karo syrup

  3. 1 cup dark Karo syrup

  4. 2 cups whipping cream

  5. 1 stick butter

  6. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  1. Bring sugar and Karo syrups to boil over medium-high heat, slowly add 2 cups whipping cream, and stick of butter, stir until combined. Cook until temperature reaches 235 degrees. Remove from heat , and add vanilla extract. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking pan. Let cool. Cut into squares and wrap in waxed paper.
