  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Boneless skinless chicken - breasts, cut into 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped onion

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Green bell pepper strips

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  4. 1 Heinz vegetarian beans in - tomato sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Heinz horseradish sauce

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1 Black pepper

  8. 4 Pocket pita breads (5" dia.)

  9. 8 Tomato Leaf lettuce

  1. In skillet, saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender. Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper.

  2. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half. Fill each with about 1/3 cup bean mixture.

  3. Makes 4 servings (about 3 cups mixture)
