  8. 3 c Onions,chopped

  9. 1 1/2 c Celery,chopped

  10. 2 Bell peppers,chopped

  11. 8 Garlic cloves,minced

  12. 3 c Green onions,chopped

  13. 1 c Butter or margarine

  14. 3 Juice of lemons

  15. 2 cn Tomato puree (15oz)

  16. 3 cn Cream/mushroom soup (10 3/4oz)

  17. 3 cn Mushrooms,pieces/stems (8oz)

  18. 4 c Water

  19. 6 lb Shrimp,shelled/deveined

  20. 1/2 c Cornstarch

  21. 1/2 c Water

  22. Salt to taste

  23. Black pepper to taste

  24. 12 c Rice,hot cooked

  25. 1. Heat half the butter in kettle; saute onions, celery, bell peppers,

  26. garlic, and green onions until soft.

  27. 2. Add lemon juice, tomato puree, soup, mushrooms and water; simmer.

  28. 3. Saute shrimp in remaining butter in pink; add to vegetables and simmer

  29. 10 to 15 minutes.

  30. 4. Blend cornstarch and 1/2 cup water; stir into shrimp mixture.

  31. 5. Cook 10 minutes or until heated through.
