  1. From the Pillsbury Fast and Healthy Cookbook.

  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  3. 4 garlic cloves, minced

  4. 4 teaspoons brown sugar

  5. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  6. 1. Heat oven to 500 F. Line shallow roasting pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

  7. 2. Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic begins to soften. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar until well mixed.

  8. 3. Place chicken breast halves in sprayed foil-lined pan; spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken.

  9. 4. Bake at 500 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.

  10. Yield: 4 servings.
