  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  4. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  5. salt and pepper

  6. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  1. Prepare marinade in a large Ziplock bag or in a shallow glass dish.

  2. combine mayo, mustard, garlic, salt& pepper.

  3. place chicken in the marinade coating it well.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Line a broiler pan with tin-foil, Spray with oil.

  6. Remove chicken from the marinade, Discard marinade.

  7. Broil 4" from heat turning once (approximately 16 minutes).

  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, return to broiler until cheese is golden.

  9. Serve.
