  1. 1 lb ground beef , 85% lean

  2. 2 teaspoons instant minced onion

  3. 1/2 cup ketchup

  4. 1 teaspoon mustard

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 dash pepper

  7. 4 slices American cheese (I like the lg. Velveeta slices) or 4 slices of your favorite cheese (I like the lg. Velveeta slices)

  8. 12 slices dill pickles

  9. 4 hamburger buns

  1. Cook beef and onion in large skillet over med-high heat until no longer pink. Drain.

  2. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.

  3. Cook for 1- 2 minutes or until hot.

  4. To serve, divide the meat mixture into 4 servings, then spoon onto the bottoms of the 4 rolls.

  5. Top each roll with 1 slice of cheese and 3 pickle slices.

  6. Top each with the top half of the roll and serve.
