  2. 1 oz 28g Unsweetened chocolate

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  4. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Confectioner's sugar

  5. 1 Evaporated milk - (5 oz)

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla extract Ice cream

  1. Recipe Instructions Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 5-6 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream. Yield: 1 1/4 cups
