  1. Box of 12 sweet blintzes, fruit or cheese

  2. 1/4 lb. butter /margarine

  3. 4 egg s

  4. 1 

  5. 1/2 cup sour cream

  6. 1/2 cup sugar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  9. 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Melt butter in rectangular dish. Layer the blintzes in one layer.

  2. Blend rest of the ingredients together until well beaten. Pour over blintzes.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350°F, or until brown.
