  1. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Evaporated milk

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Crunchy peanut butter

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla

  5. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Oats

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Spanish peanuts

  7. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix first three ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high to boiling 2 - 3 minutes depending on wattage of microwave. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. (If mixture becomes too stiff; stir in 1 or 2 drops of milk) Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
