  3. 1 / 3 ; cup diced unpeeled tart apple

  4. 1 medium firm banana , diced

  5. cup halved seedless grapes

  6. 2 tablespoons raisins

  7. 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

  2. Top with either milk or yogurt if desired.
