  1. 6 baking potato es

  2. 1 lg. bar Velveeta Cheese

  3. 2 quarts half and half 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese salt and pepper smoked ham (thick slices)

  1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into small pieces, place into large pot, and cover with water. Salt generously. Boil until tender (30 min.) Drain water and leave potatoes. Add more salt and lots of pepper. Add Velveeta cheese, cream cheese and half & half. Cook on med-high heat until all melts together. (Stir often so it won’t burn). Transfer to crock pot if desired, stir until thickens, add ham.
