  1. + Combine First 6 Ingredients; Stir Well & Set Aside.

  2. Remove Giblets & Neck From Chicken & Discard.

  3. Rinse Chicken & Pat Dry.

  4. Rub Outside Of Chicken With Spice Mixture.

  5. Place Chicken, Breast Side Down in A Deep 3 Qt.

  6. Casserole.

  7. Cover With Wax Paper & Microwave At High 8 To 9 Min.

  8. Turn Chicken, Breast Side Up & Microwave Covered With Wax Paper At High 8 To 9 Min.

  9. Remove Chicken To Serving Platter.

  10. Reserve Drippings in Casserole.

  11. Let Chicken Stand Covered 15 Min.

  12. Add Vegetables To Drippings; Toss To Coat.

  13. Microwave At High 3 To 4 Min.

  14. OR Until Crisp-Tender, Stirring Halfway Through Cooking Process.

  15. Arrange Vegetables Around Chicken.
