  1. 1 lb. lean ground beef

  2. 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese

  3. 8 strips bacon cooked till nearly crisp

  4. 8 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

  5. 4 hamburger buns

  1. Form ground beef into four 4 ounce patties and pan fry or grill till cooked through. Place each burger on a bun and top with cheese then bacon. Spread 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter on the top of each bun and cap burger. Serve immediately. Yield: serves 4
