  1. 1 lb angel hair pasta noodles

  2. 1 lb lean ground beef

  3. 1 small onion , chopped

  4. 1/2 green pepper , chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  6. 1 teaspoon basil

  7. 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  10. 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  11. 1 (10 ounce) can cream of tomato soup

  12. 1 1/2 cups water

  13. 2 cups mild cheddar cheese , shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.

  2. Prepare noodles according to directions on package.

  3. Drain well.

  4. In a large skillet, add beef, onion, peppers and garlic. Brown until pink is gone out of the beef. Drain.

  5. In a large bowl, mix together the meat mixture with the soups, water, seasonings, and spaghetti noodles.

  6. Spray a 9x13 inch glass dish with Pam and spread mixture into dish.

  7. Top with shredded cheese.

  8. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

  9. *Note: You may add Mozzarella cheese to the cheddar cheese for more of a cheesier bake. ?
