  1. 2 can(s) tomato soup

  2. 1/3333333333333 cup(s) soy sauce

  3. 1/3333333333333 cup(s) vinegar

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

  6. 1 boneless beef round steak (3 - 3 1/2 lbs), cut into strips

  7. 6 cup(s) broccoli florets (or snowpeas, green beans, red bell pepper)

  8. Hot cooked rice

  1. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender. Stir in the broccoli. Increase the heat to high. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve the beef mixture with the rice.

  2. *Tip: This recipe may also be cooked on high for 4-5 hours.
