  1. Main Ingredients :

  2. Ground beef: 1 lb

  3. Carrot: 2 medium, peeled and shaved

  4. Onion: 1/2 small, chopped

  5. Potato: 6 medium, baked and mashed

  6. Tomato: 1, peeled and chopped

  7. Worcestershire sauce: 2 tbsp

  8. Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp

  9. Pinch of salt

  1. Directions :

  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  3. Cook potatoes in salted water until soft. Mash and set aside.

  4. Saute the ground beef with some oil.

  5. Add shaved carrots, chopped onion and tomatoes.

  6. Mix the Worcestershire sauce with the ingredients and stir well.

  7. Add a pinch of salt and turn the heat off.

  8. Transfer all ingredients into a Casserole dish and spread the mashed potato over it.

  9. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes or until the top becomes crispy and brown.
