  2. 2 Frozen chopped Swiss chard - (10 oz ea)

  3. 3 Eggs - beaten (large)

  4. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  5. 1 Nutmeg

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  8. 6 oz 170g Extra-sharp cheddar cheese - grated

  1. Recipe Instructions Defrost spinach and Swiss chard; pour off excess water and squeeze dry. In a large bowl, mix spinach, Swiss chard, eggs, sour cream and nutmeg; season well with salt and pepper. Spread into a buttered shallow baking dish. Top with cheese. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top. This recipe yields 8 servings.
