  1. 4 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate

  2. 1 1/2 stick butter, softened

  3. 1 c. sugar

  4. 2 tsp. vanilla

  5. 4 eggs

  6. 1 (8 inch) chocolate graham cracker crust

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler; let cool. In mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat 3 minutes until smooth and thick. Pour into crust and chill thoroughly.
