  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Graham wafer crumbs

  2. 5 tablespoons 75ml Butter - melted

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chocolate - semi-sweet

  5. Grated 3 Eggs

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  8. Cream cheese - 8-

  9. 12 Chocolate - semisweet

  10. 1 Squares 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  11. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Butter - melted

  12. Whipped cream -

  1. Combine first four ingredients and press into the bottom of a 8-inch Springform pan.

  2. Beat eggs and sugar with electric beater until a pale mixture. Mix well.

  3. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in sour cream, butter and vanilla.

  4. Add to cheese mixture and stir. Pour batter into pan.

  5. Bake at 325F for 2 hours or until centre is firm. Cool on wire rack.

  6. Remove from pan.

  7. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
