  1. 1 potato

  2. 4 oz.(1/2 cup) mushrooms

  3. 1/4cup peas half an onion, chopped

  4. 2 tbsp. oil

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1/2tsp. chili powder

  7. 1/2tsp. garam masala

  8. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  9. 1/2 tsp. grated

  1. Preparation : Method: Boil mushrooms and peas and mash together. Boil, peel and mash the potato. Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped onions and ginger. Add mashed mushrooms, peas, lemon juice, salt, chili powder and garam masala. Shape the mashed potatoes into cups and stuff with the above mixture. Bind the edges together and flatten them. Shallow fry till brown. Serve hot with any chutney.
