  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated lemon peel

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  6. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Part-skim ricotta cheese

  7. 8 Artificial sweeteners

  8. 1 Egg white plus

  9. 1 Egg - lightly beaten

  10. 1/4 cup egg substitute

  11. 1 cup 237ml Low-fat plain yogurt

  1. Recipe Instructions Sprinkle the cereal on the bottom of a deep 9-inch pie pan coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Arrange apples over the cereal and sprinkle with the lemon peel, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Combine ricotta, artificial sweetener, egg, and yogurt, mixing with a spoon until smooth. Pour over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork and the top is golden. Serve warm or cold.
