  1. HOT CAJUN MUSTARD

  2. 3 ts Dijon mustard

  3. 3 ts flour

  4. 3 ts mustard powder

  5. 1 ts horseradish, grated

  6. 1/2 ts white pepper

  7. 1 ts caster sugar

  8. 1/4 ts salt

  9. 5 oz hot water Combine all ingredients except water and mix well. Then add the

  10. water, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.

  11. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

  12. Transfer to an air-tight jar and store sealed, in the refrigerator.
