  1. 3 Cups chopped, cooked chicken

  2. 1 stalk celery , chopped

  3. 1/4 Cup onion , chopped.

  4. 1/2 Cup craisins

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. 1/2 Cup Hellman's Mayonaise

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  8. 1/2 Cup blanched slivered almonds

  9. tomato and lettuce

  10. Fresh bread or rolls

  1. Place almonds in a frying pan. Toast over medium-high heat, shaking frequently. Watch carefully, as they burn easily.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss with chicken, almonds, Craisins, onions and celery.

  3. Chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve with tomato and lettuce.
