  14. 4 cups fresh raspberries (16 ounces), divided

  15. 2/3 cup granulated sugar room temperature

  16. 30 minutes For icing:

  17. 3 cups confectioners sugar

  18. 3 tablespoons light corn syrup

  19. 1/2 cup heavy cream

  20. Scant 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
