  8. 1/2 lb Yellow onions, peeled and 2 inch chunks 2 Cloves of garlic, smashed

  11. Liquid

  12. 1 lb Lean ground beef

  13. 2 ts Ground cumin

  14. 2 ts Oregano

  15. 1 tb Chili powder

  16. 1/4 ts Hot red pepper sauce

  17. 1/2 ts Kosher salt

  18. 2 ts Cider vinegar

  19. Freshly ground black pepper

  20. To taste 1.Finely chop pepper, onion, and garlic in a food

  21. processor. Scrape

  22. into a 13x10x2 oval dish and stir in tomatoes,

  23. breaking up any

  24. whole tomatoes. Cover tightly with microwave

  25. plastic wrap. Cook

  26. 9 minutes (in a 650-700 watt oven).

  27. Prick plastic to

  28. release steam.

  29. 2.Remove from microwave. Uncover carefully and stir

  30. in beef and remaining ingredients except vinegar and black

  31. pepper. Cover tightly

  32. 100% for minutes. Prick

  33. plastic. 3.Remove from oven and uncover. Stir in vinegar and pepper to taste.

  34. Stir well, breaking up any large chunks of beef.

  35. Serve over baked
