  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Heavy cream

  5. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Superfine sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  1. Recipe Instructions Slice peaches and puree; refrigerate. Combine milk and cream with sugar. Whisk 2 minutes, or until sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla extract. Add peach puree, stirring well. Chill. Freeze in ice cream freezer featuring pre-chilled canister.
