  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets - cooked and diced

  2. 1 stalk celery, chopped

  3. 1/2 onion, chopped

  4. 1 small apple - peeled, cored and chopped

  5. 50g (2 oz) sultanas

  6. 50g (2 oz) seedless green grapes, halved

  7. 50g (2 oz) chopped toasted pecans

  8. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  9. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  10. 175g (6 oz) mayonnaise

  1. In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, raisins, grapes, pecans, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix all together, tossing to coat. Salad is ready to serve!
