  2. 2 1/2-3 lb 1 pkg onion soup

  3. 4 C water red wine

  1. Brown roast in pot. Add onion soup mix. Add water to cover. Add red wine. Simmer covered for 2 to 2½ hours or till meat falling apart. Gravy: thicken juices with flour
