  1. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  2. 1/4 cup buttermilk

  3. 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped red or green onion

  5. 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  8. Pinch ground cinnamon

  1. In a medium bowl or screw-top jar combine yogurt, buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, onion, parsley, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Using a whisk, stir until mixture is combined. (Or, cover jar and shake well.) Cover; refrigerate dressing until serving time.
