  2. 1 -2 cup shrimp (cooked) or 1 -2 cup crab (cooked) or 1 -2 cup lobster (cooked)

  3. 1 cup sliced celery

  4. 1 cup diced cucumber

  5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  6. 1/2 cup sour cream

  7. 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 2 tablespoons capers

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  11. 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

  12. Old Bay Seasoning or paprika

  13. salad greens

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except for salad greens and Old Bay or Paprika.

  2. Serve mixture on salad greens and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or Paprika or *variation* serve in avocado halves.
